We may request additional documents to verify your identity or to complete transactions. Failure to provide the required information may result in limited account functionality or suspension.

7. Security and Two-Factor Authentication

To protect your funds, Pedi uses encryption, PIN protection, and two-factor authentication (2FA). You are responsible for enabling and maintaining these features for maximum account security. Notify Pedi immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or unusual activity.

8. Dispute Resolution (Send & Hold / Escrow Transfers)

In cases where funds are held in escrow (Send & Hold transactions), both parties must release the funds using unique authorization codes.
